The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective performance to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana etc).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
